I have trained for almost four years now and the results are amazing. I started at a bodyweight of 58 KG. Now I am weighing around 82 KG with still a good six-pack. Powerbuilding is great to become strong and muscular at the same time.

I have gained a lot of strength and muscles during the powerbuilding program.
